ElectroChlorination Not Just Containerized, But Fully Engineered as One

CX Series, as the containerized solution of HypoX® is ideal for both large-scale operations and smaller intermediate chlorination needs with its wide capacity range from 300 g/h to 104 kg/h 100% Cl2.

CX Series is more than a container with its special design and reinforced construction. It's the perfect solution for customers who lack the space to build a dedicated facility for the electrochlorination process.

More Than
a Container!

CX Series is more than just a machine placed inside a container — it is an all-in-one chlorination facility designed for maximum electrolysis in minimum space. The entire project is specially engineered by Kemisan's technical team. All layouts are designed with space efficiency in mind and according to industrial standards.

Plug & Play

But Still Industrial

CX Series is pre-designed, pre-installed and pre-started-up model which gives much shorter delivery, effortless installation and quick start-up but it has still heavy industrial standards. Thus, not requiring any technical team or electrician in client area during installation or start-up.

State-of-Art Electrolyzer

State-of-Art Electrolyzer

As the heart of electrochlorination systems, the electrolyzer unit represents a unique and highly advanced technology. Manufacturing these cells demands precision engineering, cutting-edge materials, and rigorous quality control to ensure long-term performance, efficiency, and durability.

Kemisan—one of the few true pioneers in this field!

Integrated
Cell Cleaning

Electrode scaling is inevitable—but managing it shouldn’t be hard. Over time, minerals like calcium and magnesium build up on electrodes during electrolysis, impacting efficiency. That’s why every electrochlorination system requires regular acid cleaning.

HypoX® makes this process effortless for you. With its fully automated cleaning cycle and integrated safety features, HypoX® keeps your system running at peak performance—no manual work, no worries.

Pump-Free
Brine Dosing
is Here!

Perfection comes through simplification. Unlike most electrochlorination systems that rely on pumps, HypoX uses a lifetime-guaranteed ejector design for brine dosing. This innovative system eliminates common issues with diaphragm pumps, reducing maintenance costs and complexity. By removing pumps and their moving parts, HypoX ensures reliable, cost-effective, and effortless brine dosing.

Lower
Maintenance

Don't underestimate the periodic maintenance and short life-time of diaphragm brine dosing pumps. Jet Eductor® has fewer moving parts compared to diaphragm pumps, which reduces wear and minimizes maintenance requirements over time.

Don't Underestimate
Economical Burdens

With lower maintenance and operational costs, Jet Eductor offers a more economical solution in the long run. Also, Jet Eductor's design is less susceptible to clogging, which means fewer blockages that can lead to costly malfunctions.

Electric Free Heater

While on-site chlorine production through brine electrolysis is typically more cost-effective than purchasing from external sources, secondary factors such as water heating can significantly impact overall cost savings.

To address this challenge, Kemisan developed HypoX® LX Series, featuring an integrated heat exchanger that utilizes the temperature of the end product to heat softened water.

Uninterrupted Process with Non-Electrical Softener

Instead of an electrical softener controller, Kemisan provides a mechanical (non-electrical) softener controller that eliminates breakdowns caused by a single trip on an electronic controller. Equipped with a single mechanical controller head and twin resin tubes, the process keeps running while the resins regenerate.

Hydrogen Handling with IECEx Standards

Hydrogen (H2) is the inevitable by-product of brine electrolysis, which is immediately diluted and discharged to atmosphere in the process. Even though this is a small amount of H2, see how seriously Kemisan designs this process.

Kemisan proves the safety of this hydrogen handling (dilute & discharge) with an “Explosion Protection Document” (EPD) and an attached Zone Map, prepared according to the well-trusted IECEx certification and IEC 60079 standards. These documents tell us why, where, and which ATEX-certified equipment we need to choose and use.

Smart Automations for Comfortable Dosing & Transfer Process

At Kemisan®, we are not just committed to producing hypochlorite through our on-site electrolyzers—we promise a lifetime of comfortable, hassle-free dosing with our perfectly worked automation systems. Integrated with PLC technology, our system ensures consistent, accurate dosing or transfer with minimal intervention, offering you peace of mind and efficiency every day. Discover the most efficient dosing automation for your chlorination needs!

Double Factor Dosing Automation Prevents Chlorine Fluctuation

Double Factor Dosing Automation ensures a stable chlorine output in your treatment plant by adjusting dosing based on two key data points: set value (KG) and signal (Flow or PPM). This dual-factor approach acts as a safeguard, accurately determining the required chlorine dosage to maintain consistent water quality. Therefore, it is suggested to prevent seasonal fluctuations especially for Drinking Water Treatment Plant. Depending on client requirements, various combinations such as Flow+PPM, Flow+KG, or PPM+KG can be selected for automation.

Although producing chlorine on-site through the electrolysis of brine is always more economical than purchasing it externally, operating costs — electricity, heating, maintenance and the like — are the most significant factors directly affecting cost savings in electrochlorination plant designs. For this reason, Kemisan designs its electrolyzer units to optimize salt and electricity consumption, while selecting heat exchangers instead of resistance-type heaters to achieve the most efficient operational costs.

Effortless Brine
Preparation

Brine preparation is traditionally one of the most labour-intensive steps in electrochlorination plants — operators have to monitor saturator levels, top up water, and watch saturation by hand. HypoX® CX takes that work off the table: the saturator refills itself, dosing draws from a fully saturated solution, and the only routine task left for the operator is loading salt.
