    Producing NaOCl from Salt with Automated Dosing

    The Crown can reduce its reliance on externally supplied chemicals, eliminating the need for chemical purchasing, storage and manual handling by producing sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) on site directly from salt. An integrated PLC-based automation system manages the dosing process, enabling precise and consistent chlorine dosing while simplifying day-to-day pool operations.

    No Additional Building Required

    The containerized design integrates the complete chlorine production system into a ready-to-install, self-contained facility, eliminating the need for additional construction. This allows the system to be placed and commissioned with minimal impact on the hotel’s existing site, while providing a dedicated and fully functional space for chlorine production.

    3-Room Design for Separated Areas

    The facility is divided into dedicated dry, wet and salty rooms, separating electrical and control systems such as MCC and PLC panels from process equipment including the electrolyzer, pumps and softening system. The salt storage area is also fully isolated from the other sections. This layout helps minimize corrosion risks, improve operational safety and create a more controlled environment for both electrical and process equipment.

    Plug & Play
    Design

    All equipment connections, system integrations and functional tests are completed and verified at our factory before delivery. The container arrives on site pre-assembled and ready for installation, significantly reducing on-site work and allowing the complete system to be commissioned and personnel to be trained in as little as 2 days. This approach minimizes installation time, site disruption and commissioning risks.
